Many congratulations to Ana and Matt on closing on their beautiful new home today! 🎉🏡✨

This one was especially meaningful. I met them just three weeks after they got married when they stopped by one of my open houses. While that home turned out to be a little too large for them, they had their hearts set on a townhouse around the corner. They had already reached out to the listing agent but never received a response.

I told them that if they could wait at the café nearby for about 45 minutes while I finished up, I’d be happy to show them the townhouse myself. The rest, as they say, is history.

At the time, Matt was living in Philly and Ana was living in DC, and they were eager to finally bring their lives together under one roof and begin this exciting new chapter as a married couple. Today, that dream became a reality.
