She will join Senior Vice Presidents Glenda Walker and Patrick McKenzie to form the Executive Committee for the Property Management Division. Congratulations to Raul Espinal for being a recipient of WC Smith's 2024 Excellence Award for Longevity!

Throughout his 23 years with WC Smith, Raul has worked at only one property - Wakefield Hall. As the sole maintenance person at the 104-unit building, he tackles all the maintenance projects quietly and diligently, providing his residents with outstanding service. The word "can't" isn't in his vocabulary. If faced with a task for the first time, he learns how to solve it. But that's rare - there isn't much he hasn't done before and he's always willing to try if it's new.
