Since joining the Park Chelsea team in 2022, Danny has been a standout leader, consistently demonstrating exceptional commitment to operational excellence and resident satisfaction. His work is top-notch, as is his staff leadership. Thanks in part to Danny's mentorship, two of his technicians have grown into maintenance supervisor roles within the company. He's also innovative - he suggested the maintenance review QR code initiative, which has been implemented across the portfolio.

Her work extends to five buildings within a portfolio, assisting property manager John Freedman with resident concerns, maintenance and other daily operations. In addition to these responsibilities, she recently assisted the leasing team at Avec and has been helping the team at The Albemarle. Congratulations to Elly Vargas, who won a 2026 WC Smith Excellence Award for Community Management. Elly manages three properties: Juniper Courts, Petworth Station and The Dahlia. All of these communities have faced ongoing occupancy challenges, but Elly and her team have been focused on maintaining a strong leasing performance. Her hard work has paid off: for the first time since 2019 The Dahlia reached a 97% occupancy rate. It's a testament to Elly's dedication, resilience and unflappable approach to her work.
