"As a native of DC, I’ve lived and worked with a LOT of rental properties. I can confidently say that working with David H. at Scout’s has been the best experience BY FAR! When I say they have been the most responsive and low stress! During my time my A/C and Washer broke (different instances) and David had them replaced within an instant! Quick to respond and always attentive. I genuinely hate to be leaving them.." says Luis on Google
