Baseball’s Opening Day - one of my favorite signs that Spring has arrived! 🌸⚾️ The atmosphere, hot dogs, cold beers, people watching and of course, Baseball!! I married into a Red Sox family and I love it so much. If only we lived close to Fenway! But the Nationals have become my solid #2, and being a fan has been a blast. Play Ball! 🎉 PS - Here are some condo’s available around Nats Park so you too can be obsessed. 😂.

Katherine Herndon Martin is a native Washingtonian growing up in Chevy Chase, MD. As a licensed Realtor since 2007 and the daughter of a life-long realtor, Katherine’s real estate experience runs deep. When she started her real estate career, she partnered with her mother Gilda Herndon and learned the ropes about buying and selling all things real estate. Now that Gilda has retired, Katherine has continued the success by becoming a top producing agent year after year with McEnearney.

Having grown up in the area, Katherine has a keen understanding of local schools, neighborhoods, and even local traffic patterns!
