A great day. My clients Mariamnny and Tyler found a great one bedroom on Cathedral Avenue. We took a picture with the three logos of Coldwell Banker (me) Guaranteed Rate Lending (Jeff Lobel of Guaranteed Rate) and Mid-Atlantic Settlements (Erica Milliman). We coordinated on finding the property, negotiating the sale, getting the loan approved, and closing escrow. A team effort. Thanks to all my colleagues.
