Following her formal education, and prior to entering the real estate profession, Alexandra served in the U.S. intelligence and defense communities in several roles, including conducting in-depth analysis of political and economic conditions in communities around the world. She brings this focused and analytical approach to her real estate practice, and combines analyses with a thorough understanding of local market dynamics to maximize results for her clients. Alexandra embodies the perfect balance of professionalism and affability, and is dedicated to building relationships based on commitment and trust. That balance and sense of commitment are obvious in her personal life as well. She has volunteered with the Junior League of Washington, specifically with Bright Beginnings, a nationally-accredited child and family development center for homeless children. She is also a member of “Kapital Kappas,” the Washington, D.C. alumni group of Kappa Kappa Gamma. A mother of twins, she is active in various parenting groups in Northwest D.C. Specific DC and Bethesda zip codes saw especially large seller profit gains in 2023, with average profits exceeding $500,000 in some luxury areas like Chevy Chase and Spring Valley.

For 2024, continued changes in home prices and seller profits are expected as interest rates have fallen recently but inventory remains tight and affordability is still a major barrier for many buyers.
