Got multiple offers on my recent listing; owner accepted one of them. This owner took the time to make the small, inexpensive corrections I suggested. It made a difference as 5 offers were received the day after going active.

All, during this season it is still possible to buy or sell a home. If buying, do your preliminary work. Get a copy of your credit report and check it for accuracy. Any discrepancies? Contest them. Contact a lender that your agent can refer you to and let that lender pre-qualify you for the price range you fall in.

If selling, look at your home as a buyer would. Are the closets/rooms untidy? Would a fresh coat of paint improve its showing ability? Make these inexpensive fixes and then call me (I mean your agent).
