Ten years ago I was working in retail, wondering if life had more for me than the shifts I worked and the schedule I followed. I spent four months studying real estate online after long days, trying to learn after I was already tired. One afternoon I left work, got on my bike, and rode to the exam with a knot in my stomach, hoping the effort meant something. I walked out certain I had missed my chance. The results reminded me I was ready.
Two weeks later I quit my job, paid six months of rent in advance to buy a chance at a different life, and stepped into real estate with no safety net. Six months later, I closed my first two sales and never looked back.
Since then, I’ve helped first time buyers who wanted stability, investors focused on long term strategy, developers building neighborhoods, and empty nesters stepping into the next chapter of their lives. No two journeys looked the same, but everyone needed clarity, focus, and support to move forward.
I started my design firm to bring intention to the way homes are built, renovated, and lived in. I wanted design to serve life, not perform for it. That work pushed me to grow, stay curious, and deliver outcomes aligned with the personal and financial goals of each client.
I’m grateful for every person who trusted me with something this important. People invited me into major life transitions, shared their plans and worries, and relied on me to guide and advocate for their outcome. That trust changed me.
I value the first time buyer who took a chance on their future, the investor who built portfolios with intention, the developer who brought ideas to a neighborhood, and the homeowner who came back because they believed in the experience we created together.
Thank you for ten years. I’m proud of what we built and ready for what’s next.
