These are the principles that guide my real estate practice. I'm licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

I pride myself in delivering stellar customized service, never forgetting that my clients have placed their trust in me. I've lived in the Washington DC area for nearly all of my adult life. I've always been fascinated with the rich history and vibrancy of our nation's capital -- with its beautifully laid out streets, its historic buildings and neighborhoods, and or course our region's ever-changi

ng population, with the continuous influx of new residents. I spent several years working as a Congressional aide in Washington before earning a Master's Degree in Counseling at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where I also worked as a career counselor. These experiences have shaped my view of how best to assist people in identifying and reaching their goals. I value the importance of listening, understanding, and learning what matters most to my real estate clients. In 1998 I began my real estate practice, and I've been helping buyers and sellers in the DC area ever since. In addition to my 15 years of experience, I have distinguished myself in the real estate community by earning the following prestigious certifications. GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute)

CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert)
