Some homes resist easy description. Myttas Uno in Madrid's Chamberí district is one of them.
Conceived not as a residence to simply inhabit, but as a collectible work of art, Calle de Sagasta 21 holds more than 240 antiques and art pieces woven directly into its architecture. Drawn from a reinterpreted Venetian sensibility, its spaces move from light into shadow, finished in handcrafted stucco, travertine selected piece by piece, translucent onyx and wild silk. Elle named it the best house in Spain. The World of Interiors published it as one of only four Spanish projects selected in the global Top 100.
Soon to be listed with Concierge Auctions on June 23rd with starting bids expected between €4M and €5M.
