Ubitquity's Christian Saucier will be participating at a breakfast panel hosted by MIT's Center for Real Estate next Thursday, 10/6/16 in Boston, see: http://RealDisruption.com. Taking a cue from DCBlockchainRealEstate, should we use that event to start a Blockchain Real Estate MeetUp in Boston? Here are excerpts from the email I sent to a a city councilor in Cambridge, MA who's inviting academics and other stakeholders to come together 8pm, the night before (10/5) to develop housing policies to increase affordable housing:

Yesterday's HUBweek event on blockchain was a decent overview, and 's event next week will be another step towards looking at the potential for blockchain to solve real estate problems. Towards that event, would you like to invite members of Boston Blockchain MeetUp and one of MIT's panelists (Christian Saucier) to attend your 1st meeting 10/5 or schedule an exploratory meeting in the future?
My hope is that blockchain will help solve REAL problems in real estate, so housing policy advisory committee could serve as a LISTENING SESSION; but better to use blockchain to solve known pain points than hype it as a solution in search of problems.
As one speaker repeated yesterday, "If blockchain is the answer, what's the question?" This would be an ideal opportunity to answer that with real world problems close to home!
If we do it right, consumers in Cambridge could save millions annually and government would make wiser public policy decisions.
