SOLD after a long 4.5 months from start to finish.

The timeline worked for both sides, the buyers needed time to sell their home while my sellers were busy planning their next move. Despite a few minor hurdles along the way, it was a smooth transaction thanks to and his clients, who were great to work with.

My clients have since relocated to Colorado, where one of my Sotheby’s colleagues will be helping them find their new home.

🏅Honored to have received the Sotheby’s Gold Award for my 2025 sales production, and to rank #1 in rentals in my office for the third year in a row.

A year ago, I had no idea what 2025 would look like professionally as we were getting ready to welcome our daughter. Turns out you can still close deals with a baby sleeping on your chest.

I couldn’t have kept the pace without the tremendous support of my family, friends, and everyone I have the privilege of working with. As I enter my 9th year with William Pitt Sotheby’s (still not sure how that’s possible), I’m incredibly grateful I get to keep doing what I love - working with clients who become friends and friends who become clients.

This was my second transaction of the year with this client, and after running into roadblocks on a few different homes, this one came together smoothly and hassle-free. We reconnected at the game dinner this past spring, started chatting about real estate, and 6 months later he and his wife were under contract on this home in Goshen.
