Two more homes off the market! 🏡🏡

🎉 Congratulations to my buyers on taking the next step toward a new home for their family. All the details are falling into place. 🙏

🎉 And I am thrilled for my sellers as we move one step closer to closing day, the end of an important chapter and the beginning of an exciting new one.

Now onto inspections, appraisals, underwriting and preparing for moving day! ✅

🔑🎉 CLOSING DAY for these two amazing clients!

Today, they got the keys to their new waterfront ranch home, complete with a garden, plenty of space for the dog, and a location closer to both family AND work.

We won against multiple offers, and it was meant to be.✨The bonus? Their new neighbors are people they’ve known forever.

Thank you for trusting me (again) with a milestone like this. It was a pleasure as always! Congratulations, Autumn and Alli! 🏡💕
