This is 62 and better living. And honestly? It looks pretty great from here.

One and two bedroom homes with in-unit washer and dryer, resort style pool with tanning ledges, hot tub, pickleball courts, a game room, and a banquet room for when you want to bring everyone together.

But the thing residents talk about most isn't the amenities. It's the people. Staff who know your name, neighbors who become friends, and a community that genuinely looks out for each other. People move here from across the country and say they found their family. That's just what happens here.

If you're a current resident, you'll complete a PetScreening profile when you renew your lease. If you're applying, you'll complete one as part of the process. Either way it's quick and easy.

There are three profile types to choose from: Household Pet, Assistance Animal (service or emotional support animals), or No-Pet if you don't have any animals.

Everyone completes a profile, not just pet owners!
