A couple of years ago, I got an inbox message from Danny at Steel Town Home Inspections, LLC asking to connect. I really admired his initiative in reaching out, and I told him I’d use him for my next home inspection.

Fast forward, Danny has been absolutely amazing and is truly loved by my clients! He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I’ve received so many compliments from clients who’ve worked with him.

One thing I truly pride myself on in real estate is that I’m not trying to be the biggest producer or chase numbers. I’m not focused on how many houses I sell, I genuinely love helping people find home.

A home is such an important part of our lives. It’s where we raise our families, create memories, and spend most of our time. That deserves care, attention, and intention.

For me, what matters most is the job I do and the time I’m able to pour into each individual client.

Honestly, it’s the same way I approach my rescue work. I value quality over quantity, and I’m intentional about what I take on so I can give every person, and every animal, the best version of me. 🖤

This is a unique opportunity, my client is seeking a lease-to-own situation (renting for about a year with the option to purchase). They’ve had some recent job changes and are currently working with a lender, but will need approximately another year before final mortgage approval.

Ideally looking for a minimum of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
