⚠️Renters Beware!⚠️Scam Alert⚠️ Someone is at it again, posing as the owners of our local rental properties and has convinced at least two people that we know of to send them a security deposit for keys!!! ⚠️ Just don’t want to see anyone scammed out of their money, don’t send money via PayPal without a contract, if anyone has had any contact with a similar situation please contact the police.

⚠️🛑!!!Scam Alert!!! — someone posing as an adult son of ours and works for Peacefield (possible name of “Dave or Davey Williams”) is contacting people via Facebook, and trying to get people interested in renting from us to send them a deposit via mail in return for the keys... we firstly do not have any adult children... it is just my wife and I that own our business — we do not conduct business this way... we have a whole application process.
