Don’t judge a home by its dated carpet or wild paint colors. 👀 Look for good bones: a solid foundation, functional layout, natural light, and roof/HVAC in good shape. Check for potential in overlooked areas—unfinished basements, underused garages, or outdated kitchens that could easily be modernized. Cosmetic updates are easy; structural issues are expensive. Know the difference before you buy!
