Must Do Tour - Knik Glacier Tours

This was quite an experience! The tour exceeded my expectations. Our tour guide shared great stories that made the trip even more memorable. The adventure starts out on an old Army truck that actually drives through the Knik River. Along the way, we spotted a moose with her calf. Then we boarded two boats so we could get close to the glacier. The boat captain shared fascinating stories as he navigated us through narrow channels between huge icebergs that had broken off of the glacier.

The Matanuska Susitna Borough sales were crazy in May. With only 11 days on market, homes are selling fast. This means the market is a SELLERS market and it is very competitive. The average sales price is up 6%, which means that Alaska is still a great environment for real estate investments.
