Hey Siri play closing time! Had this one close last Friday and I am super grateful for the opportunity to sell this incredible home. It truly is the biggest compliment when a friend puts thier faith in your business and supports your future and ambitions. This house practically sold itself thanks to the amazing interior design work.

As always you need to make sure your team is recognized for their hard work!

Biggest warmest thank you to Noelle the best TC in the state (I will die on that hill defending it)

Big thank you to Alyeska title for keeping everything orderly over the long haul of this transaction.

Of course it takes 2 to tango and I had a great partner in Amity Johnson!

If you know anyone looking to buy or sell in the great state of Alaska please send them my way and I will be sure they have an amazing experience!!!

Frontier Bananas Real Estate was incredibly honored to Sponsor the annual 703rd AMXS Ice Fishing derby. Tons of fun were had by all the participants, we had so many people show up fish and game dropped by to check it all out. We even had a bald eagle hanging out with us. Snagged a photo with all our big prize winners for biggest fish, most fish, smallest fish, 🥇 🥈 🥉 for adults division and 🥇 🥈 🥉 kids division.

As some of you may know I’m a sucker for history and big machinery. I came across this group of guys restoring this beautiful piece of Alaskan history to operational status, and couldn’t help but want to be part of this huge undertaking. This has been 12 years in the making and I’m honored they are allowing me to work along side them to get this to the finish line! Guess you’re never too old to play with trains… 🚂
