🌲 Are We Selling More Land This Year?
It may feel like it, but the numbers say otherwise.
So far in 2026, we’ve had 365 land sales, compared to 442 in 2025, about a 17% decrease. Average prices, though, have stayed almost the same at around $101,000.
With roughly 500 active land listings and only 47 pending, buyers have plenty to choose from and sellers are facing more competition.
