Vermont Realty Services

Vermont Realty Services In-depth knowledge of VT real estate trends. It's not about selling the sizzle, we help clients achieve results, tangible results.

Our clients' successes speak for themselves. My years of experience in real estate have taught me how to analyze market data to make a sound financial decision. I use the same principles learned in commercial real estate investing to help clients make educated choices on the purchase of what, in most cases, is their largest asset. My knowledge of the real estate transaction process and mortgage fi

nancing process allows me to guide clients through to a seamless closing. Sellers benefit from my marketing knowledge to create and access the largest pool of buyers possible during the sales process. I continually track data to see where buyers are coming from, research what ad venues lead to more potential purchasers and advise clients how to position a property for sale as quickly as possible. I excel at and pride myself on selling properties where others could not. After years of working around the country in commercial real estate finance I returned to Vermont to raise my kids where I grew up. I thought about returning to Vermont everyday I was away, about the quality of life and the recreational venues. Returning to Vermont was the best move I made.

Econ is simple in some ways. More people, more demand. VT for years was the #1 move in state in the US. Now people have set a trend of leaving - they are leaving!!

You should personally thank your state government for taxes driving out working VTers - especially property tax.

And no one wants to talk about what 1) proficiency based education has done to the folks how use to move here to raise their kids, and 2) the VT biz sector isn’t attracting outside talent.

What does this mean. Real Estate demand is dropping in Vermont, and dropping fast!

Vermont posted the largest population decline by percentage in the country last year, losing more than 1,800 residents, Census estimates show.
