Meet Christian Nafziger! 👋

Based in the heart of Waterbury, Vermont, Christian brings a grounded, professional, and authentic approach to real estate. He’s passionate about showcasing properties across the state and values the opportunity to connect with people and build relationships that last well beyond the closing table.

Originally from Southern Colorado, Christian grew up immersed in the outdoors, spending time camping, fishing, climbing, and hiking. Now in Vermont, you’ll find him skiing through the winter months and gardening in the summer. Christian strives to go above and beyond in everything that he does, and is committed to providing a quality experience to everyone he meets.

Christian earned a BS in economics and an MBA from Colorado State University Pueblo’s Hasan School of Business. He has experience in project management as well as working with non-profit organizations focused on housing solutions. Christian is involved with multiple clubs and organizations in Waterbury, including the Waterbury Rotary Club and Central Vermont Habitat for Humanity.
