Cherokee Hills Apartments, located on Scott Lake Rd. in Waterford Township, is looking for a reliable individual to join our team as a full-time apartment groundskeeper maintenance . This is a Monday through Friday position (weekends if snowing). You will be maintaining landscaping, weeding, fertilizing, cleaning, picking up debris, snow removal, painting, etc.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a stable and growing company. We have very low turnover in our company. During the shutdown that occurred earlier this year, every one of our staff was paid. We did not lay anyone off.
You must have a current and valid driver's license and pass a background check.
