Tip Tuesday! Take a Photo Before You Unplug

Have you ever stood behind your TV after a move wondering which cord goes where? You're not the only one.

Before you unplug your TV, computer, gaming system, or home theater setup, take a quick photo of the back showing every cable connection. When you get to your new home, just pull up the photo and plug everything back in the same way.

A few extra tips:

Put the cords for each device in their own labeled zip-top bag
Tape the bag to the back of the device so nothing gets lost
Wrap cords loosely so they don't tangle or kink

It only takes a few seconds, and it saves a lot of frustration on moving day.

📦 Moving Tip of the Day: Label boxes on more than one side!

When packing, write the room name and a short description of the contents on at least two sides of every box—not just the top.

For example:
Kitchen — Pots & Pans
Bedroom — Winter Clothes

This makes it much easier for movers to place boxes in the right rooms and helps you find what you need without opening every box after you arrive.
