Finally, an update as things are getting close! The driveway is in, electric was turned on today and we should also have water/sewer by later today. Landscaping will be done this week as well.
The weather has not been our friend the past couple months but we are finally getting real close to getting the occupancy permit. With that being said :
Rent is set at 1600 per month , not including utilities. We will have a dumpster for garbage disposal and that will be included. Water/sewer,electric, and cable (internet) will be each tenants responsibility. We will take care of snow removal and landscaping. We will allow 2 small animals only (under 40 pounds) with a 50/ month pet fee. All pet waste must be cleaned up by the owner and disposed of properly. All stainless kitchen aplliances will be provided. Washer and dryer hookups are included. All windows will have blinds. Mini split units are in every room for heating and cooling .
