Due to the severe weather that moved through our area overnight and widespread power outages, Young Agency Property Management's office is currently CLOSED.

🏡 PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS REMAIN ACTIVE FOR EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE CALLS ONLY.

Our property management team and maintenance crews remain operational and prepared to respond to true emergencies involving properties under our management, including:

🚨 Active flooding or significant water intrusion
🚨 Major storm-related property damage
🚨 Electrical conditions creating an immediate safety hazard
🚨 Other conditions presenting an immediate threat to the safety of a tenant or property

⚡ POWER OUTAGES: Loss of electrical service resulting from a utility outage is not a property management maintenance emergency and is outside of our control. Please report outages directly to your electric utility provider. If you have a medical emergency related to the loss of electricity, please call 911 immediately.

All non-emergency calls, emails, routine maintenance requests, and regular office business will be addressed once normal operations resume.

Our maintenance crews are in the field and ready to respond as needed. Emergency maintenance requests are handled on a priority-tier system based on severity, and response times may vary due to call volume, road conditions, and the extent of storm-related damage.

We remain committed to the safety of our property owners, tenants, staff, and the properties entrusted to our care. All emergency calls will be evaluated and handled according to urgency.

Young Agency Property Management is aware of the severe storms that passed through our area this evening. Our team and maintenance crews are prepared and actively responding to storm-related issues affecting the properties and residents we serve.

⚡ POWER OUTAGES

Loss of electricity due to a utility outage is not a maintenance emergency that our team can resolve. If your residence is without power, please report the outage directly to your electric utility provider for information regarding restoration.

If you have a medical emergency or a medical need that requires electricity, please call 911 immediately.

🏠 PROPERTY DAMAGE, FLOODING & WATER INTRUSION

If your residence or property has experienced storm damage, active flooding, significant water intrusion, roof damage causing water to enter the property, fallen trees or limbs affecting the structure, electrical hazards within the property, or another condition that presents an immediate threat to the safety of occupants or the property, please contact our 24-hour emergency maintenance line immediately.

Our maintenance crews are in the field and prepared to respond. Due to the number and severity of storm-related calls, emergency maintenance requests are handled using a tiered priority system, with situations presenting the greatest threat to life, safety, or property addressed first. Please know that every emergency call will be reviewed, prioritized, and handled as needed. Our team prepares for situations like this so that we can respond as efficiently and safely as possible.

The safety of our Owners, Tenants, team members, and the properties entrusted to our care remains our highest priority.

Any additional property-specific maintenance updates or instructions will be communicated directly through individual Owner/Tenant email and portal accounts.
