Like a lot of people, they started out just casually looking. You know how that goes... then you tour one house, and suddenly you want to see them all. 😂

When this one hit the market, they were immediately excited about the huge yard and being so close to friends. It checked all the boxes, and from there, everything fell into place. Thankfully this transaction was easy peasy from start to finish!
