Bremer County Abstract & Title is looking for a detail‑oriented, motivated, and organized individual to join our team! If you enjoy research, have strong typing skills, and like working in a fast‑paced environment, this could be the perfect fit.

🔍 Duties/Tasks
You’ll provide essential research and administrative support, including:
- Researching real estate and public records to generate abstracts and reports for clients
- Learning to identify and understand legal descriptions, and detect potential title issues
- Typing up abstracts and title reports
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries
- Performing any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned

- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong computer and typing/keying skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
