Today we celebrate a story built on faith, determination, grit, and a dream that refused to fade. 🏡⭐
In 2012, David Young took a leap of faith and founded The Young Agency with little more than a vision, an incredible work ethic, and a $3,000 loan from a grandfather who believed in him before anyone else did. 💫👴💙
There were no guarantees. No shortcuts. No roadmap to success.
Only a dream… and a promise.
A promise that no matter how difficult the road became, he would never quit, never stop fighting, and never abandon the dream that had lived inside him since he was a young boy. 💪🔥
What many people don’t realize is that no great journey is ever traveled alone. From the very beginning, David’s mother, MaryAnn Giusti-Young ❤️, and forever friend, Ashley Nosek 🤝, stood beside him and believed in the vision when it existed only on paper.
Together they weathered the uncertainty, celebrated victories, overcame setbacks, worked countless late nights, and laid the foundation for what would become one of the Finger Lakes’ most respected real estate and property management companies. 🏢🏘️🌟
For David, The Young Agency has never simply been about buying and selling real estate.
It has always been about people. ❤️
It’s about creating opportunities, building relationships, serving communities, helping families achieve their goals, and mentoring others to become the best versions of themselves. 🙌🏡💼
Over the past 14 years, what started as a small dream has grown into a company trusted by thousands throughout the Finger Lakes Region. 🌊🍇🏘️ Along the way, David has earned numerous accolades and built a reputation for excellence, but those who know him understand that his greatest pride comes from helping others succeed. 🌟
