This home is so much more spacious than you think! They have a beautiful lit addition in the back.. pretty sure I would live in there! The kitchen is not a one-butt kitchen... room to roam and entertain to the open dining room and cozy living room in the front. All the bedrooms are generous sizes. The primary bedroom is attached to the updated bathroom and laundry. Yes! The laundry is on the main floor! The lower level is epic! Keep it in its natural state or add more bedrooms! The opportunity for the basement is amazing! All this comes with an attached garage that is oversized with plenty of storage. Not many homes come up for sale in this addition in La Porte City and it is situated on a great corner lot with a wrap around sidewalk for the littles to play!

If you would like to see it, give me or your favorite Realtor a call.

🎶🎶 It's all about that space! 🎶🎶

If you have been looking for a home in La Porte City, Iowa, this one has a lot going for it 👍

Take a look at the lot! Love the corner approach and it is listed in Anton Addition.

Along with the great lot, the home has generous room sizes!
Cozy added addition with a ton of natural light and ceiling natural light! Plenty of square footage to build more bedrooms in the basement or have one heck of an entertaining spot in the lower level! And, the garage is extra deep and has additional space for storage.

This neighborhood does not seem to have many people moving out... this may be your chance to get in. Priced at $259,000. Come take a look Sunday between 12-1!!

Adding a dog to your family? Here are common expenses to know. We just added a pup to our family! Pretty sure I have forgotten the puppy biting aspect..or, is it just a blue heeler? Rip is his name. I had not heard that name yet much... but, others say that it is like the 5th dog they have heard named Rip. Other than the Yellowstone aspect, his name is fitting!

One of the biggest responsibilities a child—or a family—can take on is adopting a dog as a pet. Feed...
