🛖 Role Description
This is a contract role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This includes conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service. The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date with market trends and maintaining detailed records. This is a hybrid role located in Northeast Iowa, with some work from home acceptable. Board coverages include Northeast Iowa Board of Realtors and Cedar Rapids Area Association of Realtors. Waterloo, Cedar Falls, Cedar Rapids all included.

🔥 Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License
Customer Service and Sales skills
Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property transactions
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Familiarity with market
