Our Hermitage Road video got people talking! There have been plenty of comments, questions and conversations about the property, and we’ll be answering some of those in a separate post.

But for now, we wanted to share this for a different reason.

We’re so happy to share that 20304 Burton Road in Sackets Harbor is officially SOLD! 🎉🏡

This one took some patience, but patience never meant simply waiting around.

We stayed in close contact with our sellers, followed up after showings, talked through feedback, and continued to look at our strategy with fresh eyes as the market changed.
