Unfortunately, beginning November 1, 2026, we will no longer be accepting cash payments for rent.

While we're on the subject, we'd also like to strongly discourage paying by money order. Although they may seem like a simple option, money orders can be lost in the mail, and replacing them can be time-consuming and frustrating. We'd much rather help you avoid that situation altogether.

For the fastest, most secure, and most convenient way to pay your rent, we encourage everyone to use our online resident portal. You'll receive confirmation of your payment, you won't have to worry about mailing anything or stopping by the office, and your payment is processed quickly and securely.

We appreciate your cooperation as we make this change. Our goal is to make the rent payment process as smooth and secure as possible for everyone.

If you have any questions about using the online resident portal or need assistance getting set up, please don't hesitate to give our office a call. We're always happy to help.
