Every space we bring online, whether it's a warehouse office suite, a storefront, or an apartment, gets the same care. Our latest project at the Warehouse on O'Connell Street is no exception.

This newest section is designed like a boutique hotel room and will start out as an office, complete with beautiful upcycled antique doors and high windows that flood the space with light. We're targeting completion by year's end.

From empty warehouse to move-in ready, we're proud to announce that 213 & 215 O'Connell Street are complete and fully rented!

What started as a raw, unfinished warehouse is now a two-bedroom apartment upstairs and a flexible live or workspace on the ground floor. Two floors, two unique spaces, and two more reasons downtown Watertown keeps getting better.

Exciting things are happening in Oconomowoc!

We’re giving the upper two-bedroom apartment at 206A S. Silver Lake Street a complete refresh, including a brand-new bathroom, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and even an in-unit washer and dryer!

We’ve been slowly improving this building at 118 N Water St in Watertown. It is on the SW corner Water and O’Connell St and commonly referred to as the Biefeld Building. While we don’t know what it is going to be yet, we are making constant improvements to make the property available for something cool to be developed. Part of that process is gathering the history. Unfortunately there isn’t much that we’ve seen. If you have any history, pictures, or architectural salvage, please message me.
