Best wishes to friends, family members, business partners, clients near and far!! Merry Christmas to you and your family!!

It has been a tremendous year while I didn’t do as much real estate as I did! It has been a year to set back and focus on myself, my family, and most importantly my life’s purpose!! Of course, I would not have been at the position where I am today, to be able to pursue what really my dream is without all of your support!!

I am 3 days away from my Medical Mission trip to my beloved country!! Coming back to my root and looking at life from a different perspective is what I’ve dreamed of for years and years and years!! Finally that dream is going to come true on Christmas!! Based on the team roster, I am the only non-clinical staff! Oh well, I will give back as much as I could, in my power!!

Offer is accepted!! This is a special transaction since I am representing myself!! We can’t wait to officially become Milton residents next month and celebrate Ivana’s birthday at the new house!!!

As I reflect on my journey as a single mom, I truly believe “in every challenge lives a greater opportunity”!!! When I faced with my divorce 3.5 years ago, I was the one who moved out of the married home. Not because I had to, but because I CHOSE to. I believe I would be able to rebuild everything I’d built ever again!!

I immediately took my real estate course during the divorce process because I needed a second job being a single mom and I was thinking it would help me buying my own home!! 9 months after the day I moved out from the married home, I bought a property which has been great for us during the past 3 years!!

Here come to the new chapter!! Thanks to all my friends and clients!! Without all of your support, this day would not have happened!! I met her a few years ago through a mutual friend but was not that close to her until last summer - she had trusted me for her dual transactions: selling her current property at the time and buying another property. DOMINO effect!

I have to say that representing her as a buyer was easy during the search, because she knew exactly what she wanted: something with pristine condition. However, such requirement became a headache as we turned in the offer during peak time...I had only one mindset at the time: TO WIN!!! And we did! In a multiple offers situation with some cash buyers!

She wanted a place to live 😅 even during the transition, so we decided to buy first and then started listing her current property when the new house was contracted. I didn’t want her to carry another mortgage for long so as soon as I listed the house, I did 3 open houses that week: one during the week and 2 in the weekend. The house was contracted within a week!!

And today, we are along each other’s side as friends, not a client-agent relationship!!! This is part of the reason why I am thankful for what I do: having great people coming to my life 😇

It was a magical night!! First wedding I emcee this season!!! And guess what? It seemed like I caught the bouquet..Hum...it flew right to me and dropped on the floor lol! And then maybe a kid ran off with it? I think it did count still!!!

In love with the deco!!! Made me feel like a princess 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽All done by the bridal party!!!! Happy forever after, Steven & Nhu!!!

2 bookings for weddings this year before I even left the wedding!! I really enjoy doing this, meeting people, organizing one of the most important events in one’s life, and witnessing the love not just between the couple, but with their family members and friends as well!!!

Always take pride in what I do!!! And I am not posting on my real estate page by mistake, just so you know I have another business: emceeing for weddings 👰🤵🏼 (didn’t feel like making another page to manage)
