Although Doreen Hoium is new to the real estate business, her extensive knowledge and experience in accounting provides her a unique view of the real estate market and market trends that she is able to share with her clients to help them make the best decisions for their needs and desires. Having lived in many places, she has a strong ability to relate to and communicate with people from diverse b

ackgrounds and understands the needs and concerns of clients who are relocating. Doreen was born in Benson MN and moved to Escondido California early in her life. She has lived in both Southern and Northern California; Montana; Washington State; Eastern, North Central, and West Central parts of Minnesota. Doreen is a graduate of Madison High School in Madison, MN and attended college at SWMSU in Marshall, MN. She and her husband Mark, have been married for 23 years. Bradley of Watertown and Casey of Wichita KS. Bradley served in the Army National Guard, with time spent as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Casey is currently serving in the Air Force as a Boom Operator. Doreen is great with people of all walks of life. She has served on many committees over the years. She is currently a member of the Family Readiness Group, Beyond the Yellow Ribbon and the Lac qui Parle Historical Society. She is also a participant in the Relay for Life cancer walk. In the past Doreen was awarded the Volunteer of the Month award for her work with the Head Start Program. She is a warm and caring person who always has the best interest of others at heart, be it her family, her clients, or any other person in need. Doreen can’t wait to help make your real estate dreams come true. Doreen is a member in good standing of the North East Association of REALTORS (NEAR) South Dakota Association of REALTORS (SDAR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) in addition to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). She loves to share the joy of home ownership with others and can’t wait to help you achieve your real estate goals!
