A lifetime of experiences and training mark Daphne’s path to real estate. As a child, she watched her father peruse the real estate section of the Sunday Boston Globe, drawing circles around listings and following up with calls. His success in buying and selling real estate piqued Daphne’s interest at an early age. Years later, she and her husband renovated every place they called home and benefited from their sweat equity when it came time to sell or move on to the next project.
Then, in early 2000, their “big fat Greek neighborhood” (with a family member to their right and left) clinched Daphne’s interest in real estate. She managed a three-lot subdivision, working closely with town government, utility contractors, builders, excavators, you name it! Real estate has come a long way from circled listings in the Globe to an explosion of technology and online media. Years of studying and living the dream of investing in real estate on an unofficial basis, followed by formal training and pursuit of education and growth, to hands-on experience with buyers and sellers bring Daphne to the present.
Daphne’s sincere goal and passion is to share her experiences and training to guide and assist buyers and sellers achieve their dreams, build memories, and plant roots for their futures.
Working with buyers and sellers is an absolute joy for Daphne. She listens to goals, needs, and wants and tailors all searches and resources to achieve her clients’ real estate dreams. Sometimes this means being flexible and readjusting her approach in response to the market and to individual needs. Use of technology and online media go hand in hand with her listening ear, flexibility, and cheerful energy.
Daphne lives west of Boston with her clergy husband, four animated kids, and two dogs–never a dull moment. Their lives revolve around theschool–college, high school, and junior high respectively, church, sports, volunteering in the community, and work. When they seek downtime, you’ll find them gardening, relaxing on a hammock, jumping on a trampoline (just the kids!), shooting hoops, roasting marshmallows at a fire pit, entertaining family and friends, hiking with their dogs, spending time at a camp in New Hampshire, and connecting as a family.
