The past few days in review! Two big wins but also a loss.

Two closings🥳🥳 The first closing I would say was one of the toughest transactions I’ve had in my 8+ year career. To see that cross the finish line when there were a dozen times I thought it wouldn’t… amazing feeling!! The other transaction was almost ideal: amazing clients, amazing cross agent on the other side, steady progress and on time close!

Also had a transaction fall through, due to buyer being unable to obtain a VA mortgage loan. Very upsetting for my seller, but confident we’ll get back under contract💪🏼

This was a learning experience for me, I did not know how specific the requirements are for a member of the Army Reserves to be eligible for a VA loan. The lender issued and communicated a strong VA pre-qualification for this transaction, so with that I urged my seller to accept (why wouldn’t I?) but now I know to dig a little deeper with loan officer next time 🙌🏼

We learn something every single day🤓📚
