Janice Paluso was a pleasure to deal with. I was faced with selling an elderly aunt’s home in Torrington after she passed away last May. Unfortunately, this was in the midst of the worst housing market downturn in memory. Fortunately, Janice was the person I was working with. She patiently walked us through the process of deciding on an asking price, making suggestions as to how to present the property, scheduled and handled several open houses and kept us informed regularly with any questions or offers that came in. As has always been the case, good luck comes from hard work, and we had two offers on the house by the end of July, just 30 days after the sign went up. We successfully closed on the property by the end of September. In just 90 days, Janice moved this property to new, qualified owners and the entire process was smooth as silk.
