After nearly a decade of proudly serving my hometown in Upstate NY full-time, I’ve made the bittersweet decision to place my license in referral status with the Lori Gervera Team. It has been an incredible honor to serve my community and clients in the Thousand Islands Region, a place that will forever be home.

Over the past year, I’ve worked closely with an Elite Brand Strategist here in NE Florida, who helped me truly understand the power of brand identity. Recently, an extraordinary opportunity presented itself, and as an opportunist, I couldn’t let it pass.

🤎If owning a home is still a goal for you, aligning with the right people matter! As a fellow millennial there are a few things that I wish I had done differently with my real estate portfolio, take it from me! Real estate doesn't HAVE to be the big scary!

🤎Forget the misconceptions like: needing 20% down, or interest rates are too high. While I agree interest rates are higher then 2020 & 2021, our grandparents purchased homes with 16% + up interest rates...

🤎Millennials are leading the real estate industry at a whopping 52% and counting!!!!! The rental market is scarce in NNY & some rental prices are equivalent to a 150k mortgage. Imagine that.
