The market in Metro-Boston is moving in the right direction for Buyers. The purple and darker purple🟣 areas are all showing market changes with increased inventory, longer days on market and increased number of price changes. The subburbs are still showing a Seller's market but I expect as we head into fall these could flip to Purple. PM me if you want the specifics for your target town or area.
