𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘂𝗽! 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁? 👀

That's the question I've been asked lately, and the answer isn't quite as straightforward as the numbers might suggest.

In May, Jefferson County inventory increased 38% compared to last May, giving buyers more options than they've had in quite some time. At the same time, homes sold increased 18%, median sale price climbed to $415,000, and sellers still received an average of 99% of their asking price.

So while there are more homes available, many are being absorbed quickly—and that's why the market can still feel competitive.

🌿 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆—𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀! 😱
100' Fire Tower • 132 Open Stairs • 3 Attempts

Few things make me weaker in the knees than heights—and the completely open fire lookout tower in Mountain, WI was the ultimate challenge!

It took 3 attempts because my son and I were both nervous balls of energy!

❌️ 1st Attempt: 2nd landing, then back down.
❌️ 2nd Attempt: 3rd landing, then back down.

Then Jerry arrived—an older gent from Hartford. And with the encouragement from this stranger we quickly befriended, we made it to the top, which ironically, felt like the safest part! 👀🌳

Between the incredible views and my son's upbeat "We did it, Mom!", it was well worth the extra 5 flights of stairs we initially climbed! 😅

It's little moments like this—when someone crosses your path for only a short time, yet makes a lasting impact—that makes me smile.

Sometimes God places exactly the right people in our lives at exactly the right time 💛
