Favorite Waterville season: Spring. I love seeing the green come back and seeing the flowers in bloom and the smell of the fresh cut grass!
Dream vacation: I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy my dream vacation to Italy when I turned 50. Otherwise, hiking the Dolomites.
Ski or snowboard: Neither, but I love winter hiking
Favorite ski or hiking trail: Flat Mountain Pond via Bennet Street trail
Dog or cat: Dogs
Golf or tennis: Golf even though I rarely play. If I have extra time on my hands, which is rare, I love to fly fish in the valley! We have excellent fishing here.
One word friends use to describe her: Outgoing

We are pleased to introduce Ryan 'RJ' O'Riordan, the newest addition to the Waterville Valley Realty team. 👏 RJ's roots in the Waterville community run deep, having first visited at the age of five and becoming a full-time resident at 14. Although he has spent time away, his passion for the mountains, lakes, and rivers has drawn him back to Waterville Valley. Following a three-year stint in Los Angeles, where he worked in the entertainment industry as a business and legal advisor and volunteered as a Los Angeles County Court mediator, RJ returns to the Valley. As an Army veteran and licensed attorney, he is well-equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Join us in welcoming Waterville Valley Realty’s new agent, Toni Stewart. 👏

Toni grew up on a dairy farm in Towanda, Pennsylvania, where she learned early on that hard work, honesty and treating people right never goes out of style. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, Toni spent 12 years working as a Private Investigator, where she learned the most important part of helping people is taking the time to truly listen.

After multiple hiking trips to the White Mountains, in 2013, followed her heart and decided to call New Hampshire her home. Today, Toni brings a lifetime of experience to her career with Waterville Valley Realty. “I can’t wait to help clients discover everything that makes the White Mountains a special place to live, vacation and make lifelong memories.”

Whether you're looking for a cozy ski condo, a vacation retreat, or your forever home, Toni’s goal is simple: make the process enjoyable, honest and as stress-free as possible. She believes every client deserves to feel heard, respected and confident every step of the way.

When she's not working, you'll usually find Toni volunteering with the Waterville Valley Historical Society as well as serving on the Planning Board in nearby Thornton. During her down time, Toni likes to hike and can often be found on a quiet stream fly fishing or spending time with her wife and two adult sons and their two dogs, Charlie and Daisy.
