A few of us were selling homes in Central Maine back when all of this was normal. We’ve been here since 1989.

Nobody misses the fax machine. The film is gone. The atlas, though, is probably still tucked away in the car. What hasn’t changed is the part that never fit in an MLS book: which camp roads you can actually drive in spring, which roads get plowed first, and what a house is really worth on a street you grew up on.
