✨ SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY ✨

This week’s stop was a little different because we got to support multiple small businesses all in one place! 🚚❤️

We checked out the Waterville Food Truck Park, which opened in 2025 as a dedicated spot for local food trucks to set up and serve. The lineup rotates, so there’s always a reason to come back and try something new!

We grabbed our coffees and mini donuts from Morning Moose Coffee & Mini Donuts ☕️🍩 and then a HUGE loaded cheesesteak from Bruno’s Bites Food Truck — because apparently choosing just one truck wasn’t happening. 😂

And, as always, Ivy took her role as our official Small Business Saturday taste tester very seriously. The mini donuts definitely got her approval. 😂🥰

I think my favorite thing about this place is that one stop gives you the chance to support several local small businesses. Everyone can pick what they want, try a little bit of everything, and you’re putting your money right back into Maine-owned businesses. ❤️

Some homes are worth the wait. 🤍🏡

After multiple offers and more than a few disappointments along the way, our buyers finally got the YES they’d been waiting for.

And the best part? They didn’t have to settle just to get there. We kept looking, kept writing offers, and kept believing the right home for their family was still out there.

Turns out, it was. 🥹

☕️🤎 SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY — Nash’s Café in South China!

This week’s Small Business Saturday stop was Nash’s Cafe, and it’s exactly the kind of local Maine spot we love finding and sharing!

They have a little bit of everything breakfast sandwiches, fresh quiche, wraps, flatbreads, salads, baked goods, coffee, smoothies, and even Maine-made ice cream. 🍳🥪☕️🍦 There’s also a cute little shopping area with items from local makers, so you can support even more small businesses while you’re there!

And of course, Ivy had to do her own review. 😂 She tried one of their protein balls made with oatmeal and LOVED it. I think her very serious inspection in the picture says it all. 😂🤎 Definitely Ivy approved!

I got to enjoy my coffee while getting a little real estate work done, which made it an even better stop. ☕️🏡

Freckle Salvage Company is their year-round shop at 129 Main Street, filled with goods from dozens of small vendors. So you can stop in and treasure hunt even when there isn’t a special market happening.

BUT here’s what makes it even cooler 👇

Right next door they also have The Vault, a huge 6,000-square-foot vintage market that only opens one weekend a month! More than 20 additional vintage vendors set up, and they change the theme each month, so every market is a completely different experience.

🏡❤️ This closing was an extra special one!

A HUGE congratulations to these two on officially becoming first-time homeowners! 🔑🥹

They originally found us through Facebook, and from the very beginning, they were genuinely some of the sweetest people to work with. Every conversation was a pleasure, they made the entire process so easy, and we truly loved getting to know them along the way.

One of our favorite parts of this job is when clients start out as strangers and, by closing day, you’re genuinely going to miss working with them. This was absolutely one of those transactions. 🥹

Buying your first home is such a huge milestone, and we feel incredibly lucky that they trusted us to be a small part of it. Seeing everything come together and watching them officially get the keys made this closing that much sweeter. 🏡🔑

Congratulations to two of the kindest new homeowners! We couldn’t be happier for you both. Here’s to making so many amazing memories in your new home! ❤️🥂
