We replaced the old carpet in the bedrooms with vinyl plank flooring, in the living room and hallway we discovered beautiful wood flooring underneath the carpet, and instead of covering it back up, the home owners agreed to refinishing it with a nice dark stain and poly finish. We redid all of the trim with new rough cut lumber that was stained to match the flooring. We also built a custom in wall sitting/storage box infront of the living room window that over looked the amazing view of the lake!

What started as a simple "my water line froze and burst" emergency service call, turned into a full interior and exterior rehab. We replaced all of the plumbing from the well line, throughout the house, all the way to the sewage lines. We did some rot remediation and wrapped the bottom of the house in metal to help elevate future problems. In the bathroom there were 4 layers of subfloor holding everything together, the joists were all rotted out so we got to start fresh all the way through. We swapped the sheetrock and wainscoting out for all tongue and groove walls and ceiling with a polyurethane finish. A new toilet, vanity, vanity mirror and light, and ceiling fan and they're ready to go make many more years of camping memories on the lake! We also took down to pine trees that were interfering with the septic lines as well. Give us a call for any of your remodeling needs!

We started off with removing an old gas fireplace and brick hearth, after realizing the hearth was set into the, already refinished, floor, we decided to remove the current wood floor from underneath the washer and dryer, lay down a waterproof vinyl plank flooring underneath the washer and dryer and reuse the current flooring to fix the living room. The owner always disliked how the doorframe and window opening were at different heights so we also renovated the window opening to match. We couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out! Get ahold of us for your next home improvement job!

Looking to hire two people.
1st: general construction laborer. Minimal experience required, be able to read a tape measure, use basic tools, and have a basic understanding of construction. We will train the right person.
2nd: looking for someone who can maintain a jobsite if I leave for a few hours, can work on their own, and direct someone else as needed. Send me a message with prior employers and experience and we can go from there.
