Part time help or summer job wanted at Watford Residence Suites . Approximately 20 hours a week.
Description of work:
Mow common area lawns with riding lawn mower – weekly (Estimated at 4 hours /week)
Edging as needed (Estimated at 1 hour/week after under control)
Weeding as needed (Estimated at 1 hour /week after under control)
Spraying of w**d killer as needed
Pickup trash around site weekly ( 1 hr / week)
Sweep trash enclosures weekly ( 1hr/Week)
Clean BBQ / Picnic area – weekly ( 1 hr/Week)
Use skid steer with sweeper attachment on roads weekly ( Estimated 2 hr’s/week)
Misc., help as needed /special projects from on-site property manager such as pressure washing, painting , repairing fences…..( 8 hours /week)
Hours are flexible but would need to be consistent. Could be 4 hours a day any 5 days of the week that works for your schedule, could be two full days a week to work with your schedule + ½ day or whatever works for both parties
Pay based on qualifications but would likely range from $ 20/Hr to $ 30/Hr, Could also work something out with WRS providing housing and pay of some arrangement.
