📣This is why renters insurance is so important! We REQUIRE renter’s insurance from all of our tenants. It’s affordable and so important in the event of damage, loss of use, etc.

Fun fact: All three of these businesses found their home in a commercial spaces that I manage. 🏢

If your eyelashes freeze, your water will too! ❄️ Please make sure if you’re in a mobile home to run your water a pencil width stream and keep lower cabinet doors under sinks open to allow heat to circulate. All tenants should limit time that unit doors and garages are open and keep windows shut. Stay warm!
