Congratulations to Natasha on selling her home in Lilburn! When we met a few months ago, she expressed her need to move out of state to be closer to family.

Congratulations to the Sigman family on their new home in Madison!

I met the Sigman’s at an open house years ago and understood that they wanted to take their time to find the perfect property. I never stopped following up on them and we’ve seen so many properties and had so many lunches together. Eventually our relationship grew and they feel more like 2nd parents to me than anything now.

I am so honored that they never forgot about me and always checked up on my life throughout the years.

It was important for them to get away from the crazy traffic in the city and transition to a more updated home with little lawn maintenance and get away from 2 story homes that aren’t practical for them anymore.

We finally found the perfect property and hoped that we could put in an offer in time. As fate would have it, it was still there when we got our offer together. Thank you to Lisa Hawkins for being an incredible agent and having all hands on deck with me to get this done. She was allowing movers to get through the gate while I was driving from closing in Atlanta to make it just in time to sign and get it done.

Thank you to Autumn Triplett as always for being the best closing attorney and helping me close this up. We’re always on the same page with how fast we communicate with each other and she’s an instrumental part of my process.

Congratulations to my sellers on the sale of their beautiful home in Sandy Springs!

There were many bumps in the road but my clients had full trust in me to get the job done and I’m proud of the work I did to the very end. Deniz Nazli captured the photos beautifully and the sunroom picture is one of my favorites ever taken. Elegant Echo did an incredible job of deep cleaning the home prior to listing and you could tell the presentation was better for it.
