My late husband and I opened a real estate & insurance company in 1967. However, I obtained my license in 1984 after realizing that 'service' is the important ingredient in 'sales'. In spite of the current market challenges, I believe because of my experience, I am equipped to help my customers and clients make informed decisions. I enjoy working with first time homebuyers and find that my fellow
'baby boomers' can benefit from my Seniors Real Estate Designation. I am also a Certified Residential Specialist (a designation held by only 4% of REALTORS nationally), a Graduate of REALTORS Institute, and a Certified Luxury Home Market Specialist. I grew up in England and went to nursing school in London. Upon immigrating to the United States in 1967, I attended the University of Georgia and have lived and raised two children in Athens. I re-married in 1993 and am blessed to have a wonderful husband, Jim Mosley. Together we are beginning to participate again in community endeavors after having for seven years cared for my late Mother. We are getting more involved with our local church and plan to expand our activities into more of the social services where our strengths best fit in.
